Tamil Star Surya in an interview said that Mahesh Babu is Surya’s junior at school and he used to make Mahesh run around the ground during those days. Surya said that he was one of the leaders during school days and had fun making Mahesh run around the ground. Surya said that he is very happy how Mahesh turned out to be a star in Telugu cinema and he also like the way he Mahesh is working right now.
Surya’s current release Vedokkade with Tammana did not get a very good response in Telugu unlike in Tamil. Surya was in Hyderabad to market his movie Vedokkade. His earlier movie Surya S/O krishnan also did not succeed in Telugu. Surya said that he is going to dub his own voice for his next Telugu movie.
